One famous arthroscopic surgeon from south India come up with and idea of Cost effective alternative, clinically effective better solution.

Gold standard off cuff repair with anchorless system.

Project Scope

We did, Detailed engineering, Development of Prototypes, Design Validation, cadaver testing Manufacturing Drawings Release, and Development of Parts.

Product Features

Arthrocuff-certified, Tested, Calibrated transosseous anchorless cuff repair system need not require any anchors. Only required fiber wire for individuals. The locking system already applied for a patent.

Highlights

In spite of the complex-shaped parts, particularly on the locking system, we made two versions metal and plastic. These both can be autoclavable and reusable. This locking was a challenge on the design and the manufacturing, we tested this on the bones several times. These advantages are can be used in revision cuff repair situations, multiple configurations of repair possible, better biological healing, better footprint.

This method is anchorless cuff repair with less cost and equal as the anchor system. The only one-time cost for the instruments autoclavable and reusable.
