iSol has designed/ developed over 2000+ injection molded plastic parts of various complexities – simple to very complex. Materials range from simple non-engineering plastics like LDPE, PP to regular engineering plastics like ABS, PC, ABS-PC, Nylons, Polyesters, Delrins to special plastics like PPO/ PPS, PEEK, PEI, MABS, PLLA, TCP, etc.
We have designed/ developed about 2500+ sheet-metal parts – die-pressed, fabricated as well as CNC pressed. Material range includes CRS, GI, Stainless Steels, Aluminums, Spring Steel, Phosphor Bronze, Brass, Beryllium Copper, etc. of thicknesses as thin as 0.15mm to heavy gauges of 1”. We have also developed plastic sheet components from PVC, HIPS, PP, ABS, PC, etc.
We have developed a variety of machined parts, both metal and plastic; metal castings and extrusions; molded rubber parts; Membrane keypads; labels and even eco-friendly packaging for products.
We have an established ecosystem for finishing operations like Painting, Powder Coating, Plating, Anodizing, etc.
