Dr. Narayana
PhD in Structures
Dr. Narayana is a key member of the advisory board to ISol. He plays an important role in enhancing the technical capabilities of ISol in the fields of Product Engineering. Dr. Narayana brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of complex processes in research, development, and engineering services. His experience of over 40 years in global project management and scientific research enables ISol in growing strategic accounts and establish new engagements.
Dr. Narayana holds a Masters in Aeronautical engineering and a PhD in Structures. He has held various technical positions in R&D projects at National Aerospace Labs, India, prior to moving to the USA as a consultant in the fields of automotive and aerospace engineering. He has in his name, 3 patents and has published in excess of 25 international journal papers.
Satish Gokhale is another key member of the advisory board to iSol. He plays an important role in enhancing the technical capabilities of ISol in the Industrial Design and Product Design. Satish brings in a rich experience of over 35 years in Industrial Design and innovation that is unparalleled.
Satish holds a degree in Industrial Design from National Institute of Design (NID), the most reputed Design Institute in India. He has been running a Design house successfully and has designed over 600 products for the past 35 years. He also holds patents and design registrations for a few of his designs. He has been the recipient of “Best Designer” award every year since its inception jointly by the NID and Business Today. He has also been a jury member for many international design awards around the world.

Advisory Board
Swamy serves as an advisory board member to ISol. He plays an important role in enhancing the technical capabilities of ISol in the fields of Fluid and Thermal Engineering. Swamy holds a Masters degree in Fluid & Thermal sciences from IIT, the most revered Institute in India for engineering. He also holds an MBA degree. His experience of over 24 years in handling global projects and on-site project coordination is a treasure by itself. He has provided several flow and thermal solutions in Automotive, Gas turbine and Steam turbine domains.
