Enthalpy - Air Quality Monitor
Background
We are most concerned about the quality of the air surrounding us. and it becomes imperative to monitor and control what we and our loved ones breathe, especially if they are sensitive to pollutants or an asthmatic child or parent. Portable air quality monitors are simple tools for air quality professionals and enthusiasts alike to gather real-time information on the surrounding air. It is used by researchers, professionals, and non-experts alike to gather indicative air quality data. Small enough to fit comfortably in the hand, It can be used anywhere – indoors or outdoors.
Project Scope
We designed and developed the complete product including Conceptualization, Detailed engineering, Development of Prototypes, Design Validation, Manufacturing Drawings Release, and Development of Parts.
Product Features
The product is a small compact wearable device with a small display and LED for parameters. a speaker to alert the patient in polluted areas.
Highlights
This is a 3 part constriction mounted together by screws with a springy hook tight enough to hold the device in place and also easy removal .The design concept emphasized on creating a compact and ergonomic solution to monitor air quality. The concept features a minimalist design of a portable and user friendly device which is easy to understand and maintain. The user interface has been designed in such a way that it provides all the required data in a hassle free manner through a simple display and multiple output features, it’s comfortable to wear and carry its very handy.
